In 1999, the responsibility was re-channeled to focus business development in the S.E. Asian market. Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, The Philippines, Indonesia and the remaining ASEAN representatives Today, we operate with a team of 14 staff with 2 key functions: Regional Sales & Marketing for South East Asia Regional Marcom, and IT support for the Asia Pacific Region (Covering the Asian region, from the Middle East to Japan in the North and to Australia in the South) Our Mission is to continually strive to offer our customers advanced, engineered solutions, which will increase energy saving and provide environmental improvements. Our value proposition is directed at providing engineering & technical solutions; improving speed to the market and reducing unnecessary cost while maintaining the quality of our products and services. We have the in-house ability to supply design engineering, drafting installation supervision and commissioning to our clients. The products that we offer are from the complete range of high temperature insulating products from our TC manufacturing plants worldwide, and from our Asia Pacific plants. Our customers come from various industries, namely Power (Boilers & HRSG), Cement, Iron & Steel, Marine & Offshore (Fire Protection), CPI, etc. Our customers are important to us & we continually strive to improve our service level.
